THE FLOWER OF FERN RESTAURANT

Honoured with an entry in the Yellow Guide of Gault & Millau Poland 2020.

The fern flower is a magical flower in slavic mithology. According to the myth, this flower blooms for a very short time on the eve of the summer solstice (celebrated on June 21). It brings fortune to the person who finds it.

It is a constant search for the unique flavours of the surrounding nature. Our Chef's menu is inspired by what is healthy and local, in line with the idea of slow food. This makes eating out a unique experience. In the kitchen, he uses the latest techniques to bring out the best of the Pieniny flavours. The Kwiat Paproci restaurant serves breakfast, buffet and à la carte meals.

Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:30 a.m. (Monday-Friday) or between 8:00 and 11:00 a.m. (weekends, holidays, holidays).
